Please use this entry form below when submitting names, preferred divisional play, and full payment for both team members.

The team payment of $300.00 should be made by cash or check only.

For the benefit of returning teams, we will be expanding registration from March 1st to April 3rd.  An Opening Social and League Sign Up will still happen on April 9th  at 6:00 pm, but returning teams can pay in advance if they have a conflict with those dates.  Payment in advance should be made in the Pro Shop.  Returning teams paying in advance should submit an entry form and full payment in a sealed envelope with “Tuesday Night League” written on it.

New teams cannot sign up until April 9th at 6pm in the 19th Hole, based on availability.

Any members not able to fully commit to the Tuesday Night League, but available to occasionally substitute, are encouraged to add your name and contact information to the substitute lists currently posted on the bulletin boards in the Pro Shop and 19th Hole.
